When ordering your coffee, make an 'origin' selection, but keep in mind, some coffee beans taste better as light, medium or dark roast.

 

Not all coffee beans will be on the drop menu depending on the roast level you choose. For instance, an Ethiopian coffee typically won't be offered in dark roast, but will in a blonde or medium roast.
